Currently the house apparently has 4 "twins" inside - the real question might be are any besides "Adria" and "Natalie" switching places.

Drew has a twin named Ben.  Drew has reported that hsi brother is shorter and "Stockier" than himself.
 

Diane has a twin sister named Lindsay.  Diane has said that her sister is a bit heavier than herself although they do look a lot alike to me in these images:

Adria is switching places with her sister from everythign I can tell - and they also look very identical on their site.  Late Saturday night Natalie called herself by name thus revealing the switch to those of us watching on the net.  Full Story.

Finally we have Holly.  Holly apparently told Scott last night that she has a twin - she actually mentioned it by accident and then tried to take it back.  Scott didn't buy her explination and passed the info on to Drew and Diane who joked about the possibility of Big Brother switching out twins.  If there is more than one set of twins being switched out my money would be on Holly and her sister "Molly."
