Howie 1st went after April around 3:15pm on Monday - telling her she was weak and that she was going to need to pack her bags when he won HoH.

About 3 hours later Howie again went after April and she apparently ended up crying in the bathroom.  Howie wanted April to request to leave the house - continually asking her to do a "DOR"  (Departure on Request).  One last time around 10:30pm or so Howie with the help of Janelle went after April sending her eventually into the HoH room for the rest of the night.

Finally on Tuesday Howie again went after April for what has been the last time when the house was on outside lockdown.  Howie was lifting weights and yelling at April.

It was after this last tyrade that Howie was called into the Diary Room.  After that he was very nice to everyone.  Later on Jennifer and Maggie speculated that Big Brother warned Howie that he had to stop.

I personally wonder if they told Howie that none of his antics would make television.  Because of the way the show is produced - very little of what goes on between the Power of Veto Ceremony (Monday afternoon) and the Live Eviction (Thursday) makes it to the air.  The Tuesday TV show ends with the POV ceremony and the Thursday show is usually filled with interviews and a very small amount of post-POV action.

Could it be that the Producers told Howie he would get more airtime if he waited until after the HoH competition to blow up??  Doubful but they must have said something to him to get him to knock off his harassment of April.
