Vickilynn you have said on more than one occassion that we are jealous of Krista and I for one want to know what you mean? You have been asked but never tell us why. I personally don't feel I am jealous of anyone least of all Krista. Just because some of us feel she has said and done things that are not acceptable does not mean we are jealous. It is fine to like a HG but not to make statements to posters that you obviously can't back up.

I would say Krista is the most popular HG, good or bad, she gets noticed and raises emotions in so many of us. I have read that she has had tons of sinus problems while in the BB house, even had the other HG tell her she sounded like she was stuffed up and needed to go see the doctor in the DR. What is the climate in LA? I live here in Louisiana and the humidity doesn't bother me one bit, if I go to a dryer climate, I have major problems. And her need to take laxatives is not so rare in women. When I was in the service, it was a problem for many. Some women just have sensitive tushes and it knows when it is not at home. I've watched many live feeds and read the transcripts, she is not the one I see getting tipsy often, it is another in there. I think Krista has a fragile soul and I truly wish her all the happiness in the world for her and her cild. I hope she finds someone that truly loves her to share her life with. Also, I am NOT excusing reckless use of alcohol (I am allergic to it and cannot drink) in many of our areas, we are more like the European countries at times, having a drink is not unusual. Please, I do not condone drinking and mixing medicines, at all. I don't want this to be taken as offensive to any one, just to point that different cultures do things their own way. For the most part, we work hard, we take care with our lives and families, our doors are usually open and we celebrate life often, everything from Tennessee Williams Festivals to hurricanes. And we could have a book here if we got on how we celebrate music! Jazz!! :) We generally (if I can say that) are easy going happy people. We love to feed company and pass a good time. Anyone need some good Cajun recipes? *smile*

Franny, I think Vickilynn is a ringer -- one of Krista's friends or family. She even displays the same kind of logic as Krista!

I lived in La for several years in my early 20s and had more than my share of drive-thru daiquiris. My friends and I were always up for a party, 7 days a week, but never felt the need to check "Police Beat" to see which of us had been arrested (because none of us had). We all went through college and none had surprise pregnancies or physical assaults against/from loved ones. So, don't think all hard partying La folks make the same lifestyle choices as Krista. And regardless of her past, it IS her choice to live as she does. Many people suffer tragedies and poverty and still live with dignity, not with party hats on their breasts.

I personally have nothing against the people I see in trailor parks on COPS, but don't think I'm jealous just because I notice their tendency toward white trash traits.

Gosh, I sounded mean in my post. I also think Krista is a sensitive person and a real emotional mess. I have nothing at all against her, just wanted to make the point that seeing her behavior for what it is isn't jealousy. I actually feel a bit sorry for her, because without counseling of some sort, she's surely going to face obstacles just as daunting as those she's already encountered if not worse.

I agree that she is a very pretty woman when she wants to be. She always looks good on the live shows. But her attitude makes her look bad. She is basically an evil person and only cares about herself. What she is doing to her child is horrible. I would rather look like crap everyday on tv than treat my daughter the way she does on tv. Which would be worse, your mom not looking so hot on tv? Or your mom licking some strange mans chest and feeling up some lady???

Makeitstop. Yup. It's probably what bothers me most about BB. I think as a human being with compassion and empathy that they have a responsibility for the mental health of their *guests* while they are in their responsibility. They might justify to themselves not showing the many sides of Krista on TV, but since they have a pysc. on the payroll, what would it hurt to have a short session with the houseguests daily or biweekly or whatever? They know even more than we do about what is happening in the house. Krista is obviously not an evil person or even "mean", just confused and pretty messed up (imho).

You must be right Patstew. She has made reference to Jealousy more times than I can count and I have asked each time for explanation and it never comes. If she truly believes it she should clarify herself. I'm not angry but don't like to be accused of something unless you can prove it or at least give me reason to justify why it's not true.

Reading the whole thread at once, I realised that no one gave the answer to the question-why does Krista dress in towels when the noms are due? It was her 'lucky outfit' because she was caught short the first time, wasn't nominated, and decided to dress that way every time, as a charm against being nominated. She didn't bother the last time because Nicole had already told her she was in the running. It was like wearing your lucky shoes, or earrings, or something, when going for a job interview.
