Hardy, Bunky and Will are in painters overalls (to the waist, all 3 have the arms tied around their middles and their chests are bare) and they are painting a mural of some sort inside the house. Will is painting a pig. Is this just a fun activity and why aren't the girls joining in?

Okay now the girls have joined them. Monica wants to paint a peanutbutter and jelly sandwich. Bunky is artistic.

This was posted on the live feeds. Guess BB is closing one of the bedrooms - AKA "The Hot Box":

Cam 1: H has just come back from the DR with the directions for a going away party for the 'Hot Box'.

They will get coveralls and paint and brushes and will get to leave their remarks/marks in that room, before it is sealed.

Will, especially was told not to get paint on the cam windows.

They have only been working on their tower of sticks for the last many minutes.

Now they go off to move their things out of that room.

Thanks Euterpe...they look like they are having fun. Bunky is in his element here. He is indisputably the authority figure in this activity. Nice that they gave them something to do that will highlight one of Bunky's talents.

I think it's just a way to keep the hamsters happy and busy so Nicole doesn't have to kick Will's a** on national television.

When I was a senior in college, the dorm I was living in was going to be torn down the next year to make way for a new student union building.

The college provided us with paint and encouraged us to have fun "remodeling" the place.

Of course, we took it a little further by tearing down the bannisters, busting up the furniture, and causing general destruction. (It was a 1920's era building.)

Do you think there's some parallel to the current BB activity? The "Hot Box" painting brings back fond memories!

I found it very interesting that the only person that wrote some evicted HG names was Will. Actually Fruitbat it was a fun project and BB did play some funky music for them ova & ova & ova :) and I think Bunky has a future in painting Flats for plays (he was very good)

Nice of Wil to commemorate the martyrs of his cause; also makes will the underdog and martyr in his own right. Not much of a strategy but, what the hey; when you're clutching for straws.

And for this, people have paid money to see the live feeds?

What I'd like to know is what happens to the mural after all this is over? Does it get tossed? Would someone put a "wall" up for auction? Who'd buy it? These are some profoundly disturbing questions that trouble me. :)

"These are some profoundly disturbing questions that trouble me."

ROTFL!!!!!

It would disturb me even more if someone actually did want to buy it!

Speaking of auctions, Bunky was moving his stuff yesterday to CT and part of his stuff was the items he has collected from various HG for his auction.. and when he saw the party hat bra that someone made and Krista wore at one point, he said something about it being really valuable because it touched her bare breasts!! He almost sounded reverent and seemed to think that would greatly increase the value of this item.

Whatevah!!

I thought BB Australia handled the auction idea quite well.. as each person was evicted they chose an item to donate and had a choice of charities. The item was put up on eBay and the money went to the charity.

They also auctioned signed BB tshirts, hats and such.

I don't know if Bunky would have more chance of pulling in money if he went to eBay.. but I suspect that would be the case.
