Episode 6: "It is on and it is on"

4/2/04 The show begins with a recap of last week.  We see Claudia arrive, Jason get snubbed by Shawna (who kissed Wallace) and then see Jason get his revenge at the banishment ceremony by choosing Neveen over Shawna. We then see hints at what will happen tonight - Jason clashing with Liz.... Liz's romance with David.. and Kassie and Michael have a "heart to heart.   Lastly is the tease for the new arrival, which most of us already know will be Chris - formerly known as "Simon" on the show.

Finally as the show begins Jason pulls Kassie to the side and tells her that Liz told him that Kassie was jelous of Liz because she (Kassie) doesn't have a flat stomach.  Kassie goes to Liz who denies it..... Liz goes to Jason who says she did say it - Liz denies it again....  a flashback shows us that she did indeed say something close to that (the exact quote was, "I'm sorry that my stomach is flat sweetheart.").  Liz storms off with David - then we see her complaining to everyone that she can't stand Jason.  Jason tells the camera it sucks because he is the only one telling the truth.  David says it sucks to be caught in the middle of the Liz/Kassie mess.

The group arrives for dinner and as she passes Simon - Liz tells him isf she has to sit next to "Meat" (Jason), she will kinll him.  Simon looks at her and nods.  Jason tells Neveen he would not say somethign to someone to deliberatly hurt someone.  Neveen tells him that Liz said he commented on negative aspects of every girl except for herself (Liz) - Jason admits he did.  In the bathroom Kassie and Brooke talk about who is being honest (Liz or Jason) - Brooke speculates that maybe Liz did say it and is mad that Jason told on her.  Jason is sitting by himself after dinner and a couple guys come over to talk to him - he continues to stick to his story that he is telling the truth.  In another location Michael and Kassie talk - Michael asks Kassie if she thinks Liz did say the "flat stomach" comment and Kassie says she does, Michael agrees and then says, I'm ready to go home..."

The group is all together now and they wonder if when they go to the council ring (or whatever the heck its called) - if they will get a new guest joining them.  Ruth informs them that the next guest will know everything about them - while they will know nothing about him/her.... "Edens next guest has been here all along, "  Ruth says, then we get a commercial..

Back from commercial - Ruth introduces Simon and reveals him to be Chris - a fitness manager from Portland.  She gives him an apple and 4 coins and tells him that he will have the chance to bring back any of the evicted guests.  Simon heads back to the bar/lounge area with the rest of the guests.  While it starts out nice he makes several comments to Neveen about he clothing choices - Neveen is seen back in her room talking to the camera and really ticked off.  Then the comments he makes about clothes, his fasion sense, and him calling himself a "clothes whore" set all the other guests off to speculating that he may be gay.  This consumes the rest of this segment.......including speculation that Jordan might have been gay so Chris might bring him back for that reason.....

We then see Chris talking to everyone - it seems in different groups - and each offer opinions on who to bring back - all names are mentioned and reasons given.  Chris is seen writing a name on a card and placing it in a box as Ruth had instructed him to do earlier - in the morning the new guest will arrive.

In the morning Jordan returns - he tells the camera that he will be a different person this time.  The guests see him and all act excited - but we see Matt tell the camera its not a good thing.  Jordan meets Chris and talks to the others - then gets 4 coins and a scroll from a waiter. The scroll tells them to choose one man to be kicked off tonight.  Jason feels it will be him because he banished Jordan.

Wallace is seen talking to Jordan about who to let go.  Wallace seems to be pushing for Jason to go.  Jordan asks if anyone was plotting against him, Wallace tells him that Matt is worried.  We see Matt recount to the camera how he and Jordan were supposed to have a deal to give each other half their money if they were kicked off.  Jordan gave his money to Wallace going against that agreement.

While working out Matt confronts Jordan about that fact and Jordan says he does deserve an explination. Jordan says it was the spur of the moment - he gave it to the person he felt closest to - and he feels ashamed now, that he "wronged" Matt and all he can do now is not "wrong" him twice. 

Michael meanwhile is campaigning to be voted off.  He tells Jordan he wil give Jordan half his money if he votes him off (that would be $14,000).  Jordan says, "no, you're staying."  On Jordan goes to Kassie - who thinks Dave should go - that he is quiet and, "the quiet ones will get you."  She also does not like how close Liz and Dave are.

Jordan - in comments to the camera, says he was only gone a short time but now all the guest have gone psychotic.   Jordon is then seen walking with Brook  who also campaigns to break up the Liz/David alliance.

Back from commercial - Michael and Jordan are talking about Michael leaving - Jordan can't believe Michael wants to leave that bad, but Michael says he does.  Liz and David talk and Liz tells David that everyone is trying to get Chris and Jordan to vote David off.

Jordan talks with Neveen and Kassie - and tells them that Michael wants to go - they both can't believe it.  Kassie then talks to Michael and tells him she doesn't want him to leave.  She tells Michael that if he goes she will be the next girl to go. Michael suggest that he might give her his half (hmm - so far the rule was you had to give it to someone of the same sex).  Kassie says it would not matter - she needs him there.  Kassie jokes and says, "do we need to make out now?"  (implying maybe if there was a romance he would want to stay).  He laughs but nothing happens.

Cut to a scene of Brooke and Kassie in bed - talking about flirting - Kassie tells Brooke that she (Brooke) flirts with everyone, Kassie says she could see something happening between her and Michael if he was white, she explains that her family would not be happy with her having a relationship with someone of a different race.

And now we fin Liz and David in bed where it seems not a whole lot but kissing is going on.  Liz thanks David for "respecting me."  - meawhile in another room a group of the other guests is talking about Liz and David and Matt says that he doesn't think anything is going on other than kissing between Liz and David.  Matt goes to their room and opens the door and proves his theory right.  He then returns to the other room and reports his findings to the other guests.

The next day Jordan and Chris are discussing who to vote off.  Jordan tells Chris about Michael approaching him to be voted off.  Wonders out loud if either of them want to listen to Jason for another week, and lastly mentions David as a possibility.

The next scene is of Kassie and Michael talking in a bedroom, Kassie is crying at the possibility of Michael leaving - she says she didn't realize how much she needed him there, that he reminds her a lot of her father. 

At another group get-together David confronts Kassie about her reccomendation that David should go - we see a flashback to Kassie telling Jordan that if she was a guy the biggest threat to her would be David.  Then we see Jason and Brooke talking - Jason talks about how there are "camps" everywhere (people plotting) - Jason says its "Camp David."  (lol).

Liz talks to Jordan about all the goings on, Kassie talks to Michael, I am getting dizzy trying to keep track....  Kassie confronts the whole group to explain exactly what she said - Liz and Michael bump heads a bit and .... Neveen and Kassie have a few words.....  just toooooo hard to summarize!!!  thankfully a commercial ends the scene...

Finally we get to the banishment.......  although we know there will be at least one more commercial before someone leaves.  Ruth talks a little about the fact that Jordan has returned - Jordan say that things have changed so much, thats its not Eden anymore, its Hell, and he says that makes Ruth the "Queen of Hell" - Ruth replies, "You got that right."

We see flashbacks of the show while Jordan seems to ponder his decision.  The whole time it has seemed that it is Jordan making the decision - not Jordan AND Chris.

So Ruth asks who they have decided to banish.....  Jordan replies, "Michael"  - well heck - so much for a dramatic pause.

Kassie is seen tearing up, David and Liz smile at each other...Jason looks like he snickers, Neveen looks shocked or disgusted.

Ruth tells Michael to give half his coins to one of the other guests - and he walks by Jordan and gives it to Kassies who whispers, "I love you," to him as they hug.  Jordan tells the camera he got screwed and he realizes you can't trust anyone (umm Jordan why would you trust ANYONE to give you money if you kick them off - they have no obligation to you once they are off the show - lol).

Ruth tells Kassie she now has $34,000.  Michael gives hugs to some of the girls and smacks Chris and Jordan on the rear as he leaves (Why?  I dunno a sports thing?).

In the teaser for next week these seem to be the main points..... Kassie and Matt are shown kissing, some of the guests think Chris has the hots for Wallace, who is then shown in bed with one of the women, and Neveen and Jason have a confrontation.  Lastly a new female is shown arriving.
