# ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ Temptation Island (FOX): Installment #3 began 8-28-2003. Couples test their relationship by going on multiple dates with others. At the end of the series they decide to stay together or call it off. I missed the entire Season 3 - and I don't feel bad about that fact!! Interesting fact - Rossi Morreale one of the 'hunks' from season 2 is now (2/04) a host on Junkyard Wars. Temptation Island 2 Website Til Death Do Us Part: Carmen and Dave (MTV): Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro get married and MTV follows them around. This should end up being a "sexier" version of Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica. Todd TV (FX): Sounds a bit like ED TV (the movie) except you (the public) get to vote on things he does. Lasts 7 weeks. More Info Here. Tough Enough (MTV): Several men and women compete for the chance to join the professional wrestling ranks. One eliminated each week. Trading Spaces (TLC): Two couples re-decorate a room in ech others house with the help of the shows experts. Always fun to see if the couples are happy or ticked off with the end results. Trading Spaces Family (TLC): Like Trading Spaces except with the whole family :) Trading Spaces Home Free (TLC): A new competition version of Trading spaces. Eight couples compete (2 couples a week). This 8 week show will end with the winner having their mortgage paid off. Trading Spouse (Fox): Husbands or wives swap between families. After spending a week with the other family the respective spouses return home but not before deciding how the other family will spend the money they are given for being on the show. Trista & Ryan's Wedding (ABC): A 'reality' series (3 shows) about the only 2 cast members from Bachelor/Bachelorette to actualy get married. More made-for(by?)-tv drama than real drama if you ask me. The Two Timer
(ABC): "Meet Chris – or “The Chrisser” – as he likes to call himself.
A very real 26-year old, Hollywood bachelor who sees himself as the ultimate
player. Cameras follow him as he juggles a bevy of different girlfriends.
Some avoid his player ways, but others walk willingly into his very tangled
web. He's confident that his finely-crafted strategies for meeting, seducing
and scheduling women are genius and fullproof, but sometimes they're more
Keystone Cops than Valentino. Will he learn to become the master manipulator,
or that crime doesn't pay?" Premieres June 23rd
The Ultimate Fighter (Spike): "Sixteen men from across the Americas travel to Las Vegas with one dream, one goal - to become The Ultimate Fighter." (from web page). The Ultimate Love Test (ABC): "Would you allow your significant other to date someone else for 3 weeks for $100,000? This compelling new reality series follows four couples on the most dramatic, emotional journey of their lives. After years of dating, each couple has found themselves at a crossroads in their relationship. They’re fully committed, but a hint of doubt still lingers…is this the right person? Are they ready for marriage? Is love enough? “The Ultimate Love Test” gives each couple the opportunity to test their love and find answers to these difficult questions." Untitled (TBS): "Untitled Candace Bushnell Project: Hosted by Candace Bushnell (Sex and the City) and produced by September Films (Bridezillas, Single in the City), this show takes four single girls on a hunt for Mr. Right, or Mr. Right Now, in New York City. The show will follow the girls at work and at play, watching them date and convene regularly to swap dating notes and maybe even dates." - via mail from TBS 3/2/04 What Not To Wear (TLC): People who have no sense of style (like me) are given a budget and taught how to dress so people no longer stare at them for the wrong reasons. While You Were Out (TLC): Designers redesign a room on a budget…. Oh, and the person they redesign for has no idea its happening 'til they get home. Who's Your Daddy? (FOX): No 'official' web page so I posted a link to the scheduling announcement. This was a one show special where a woman looking for her father had to sort through several 'potential' dads. Either way she was sure to meet her real dad in the end - the bonus was that as she eliminated her fake fathers she guarenteed herself a certain amount of prize money. As it turned out she picked right every time and so won a cool 100k as well as met her real dad. Who Wants to Marry My Dad (NBC): A spinoff of sorts from Meet My Folks. Several women compete for the chance to marry an eligible Dad with the children making hte choices. Season One (Summer 2003) resulted in Don Mueller proposing to Christena Ferran - but they never got hitched. Season Two is set to for summer 2004 and we will see 13 women being picked over by an eligible bachelor's three daughters over six episodes. Wickedly Perfect (CBS): Will the next Martha Stewart emerge from this group? Who knows (who cares?) - creative people compete to become the next social guru (? how best to say it?) - they are all labeled as "Perfectionists" by CBS. Its not a bad show and I have watched all the episodes. The winner gets to appear on CBS several times and who knows where the limit is to their fame, hopefully not in jail like Martha ;) Wife Swap (ABC): Very similar to Fox's Trading Spouses (I think ABC would say Fox copied them) - wives change families and we get to watch the fish out of water and all the conflict that arises. The Wild Rules (ESPN): 12 people left in the forests of British Columbia without food or water and only such supplies as fish hooks and axes. Two teams of six -- each comprising fishing, hunting and military experts -- will compete in a race that will award one contestant $100,000. This show was to air in 2003 - I never saw it. The Will (CBS): This show finally made it on the air and then lasted one whole episode. CBS cancelled it in January - no word on ressurecting it as of this writing. I actually didn't mind the 1st episode which saw 2 contestants eliminated - I thought it might be a short run if every show knocked out two of the contestants. The premise was a group of relative's and family friends competing for one man's ranch - and no he wasn't dead yet. World Idol (Fox): Idol contestants from all over the world compete on this two-part show. Dec. 25th 2003 and Jan. 1st 2004. Your Reality Checked (Fine Living Network): I have no information other than what I got in the mail and the website: "What have YOU always dreamed of doing? If you could give up your job, if you had as much money as you needed to open your own business and pursue the thing that you've always REALLY wanted to pursue, what would it be? Your Reality Checked" will give people with a dream an opportunity to realize that dream." Casting # ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
